Visiting 1,000 shops across seven cities - Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneshwar and tracking the POSM (Point of Sale Materials) audit for 45 days.
Ensuring display of merchandising units regularly, i.e., once in 10 days for 45 days. The first visit at the outlet was with the salesman. Stocks replenished in the assigned display unit by the agency resources . An online system was developed where the 1,000 shops were plotted by GPS. The field team used this system to upload audited data from their tablets. During the visits, photographs and other related details of the store were uploaded to the system, which ensured successful LIVE tracking and reporting.
The system helped in identifying the root causes for any non-compliance, minimizing loss of revenue due to poor implementation, generating reports of store audit and LIVE tracking the store after audit completion.
