An insurance giant in India wanted quick feedback on a newly designed product from existing and prospective customers to check the viability of the product.
The Trackbee team worked extensively to develop a customized multi-user recruitment solution, integrated with a survey system to create a dedicated panel of insurance customers, together with competitor Life Insurance customers. The team created provisions to collect customer profile data via CATI process or customer filled online survey. It also developed a dedicated client dashboard to check LIVE status of ongoing polls, responses from respondents and customer feedback.
A LIVE panel was created of 1000+ respondents who were willing to take part in various online feedback surveys within a short notice. The customized solution also resulted in engagement between policy holders of the company and customers.
