The Challenge
A famous hotel in Middle-East  wanted to start its operations again after the first lockdown was lifted, but had no clarity on how many rooms it should reopen with and how many employees it should call back to work.

The Solution
RESET helps gauge operational criticality of employees, their dependence on other employees to be able to complete their job and the operational network density created if all employees came back to work.

As a solution, the hotel reduced the number of certain staff members, including bell-boys and room service servers, apart from taking off certain low serving items from its food menu basis the time of the day when they are not in demand.  The hotel also tweaked its services depending on staff availability, while ensuring safety and low risk of infection at all times.

The Result
The Solution helped ensure business continuity and productivity sans fear of infection.
