A flagship hospital under a popular hospital chain in India wanted to create an alternate channel for lead generation system. It would be based upon the patient referral system that would churn out of a network of doctors, medical store and diagnostic centre which would integrate with the Hospital Information System (HIS)
Based on the brief, a customized application on top of TrackBee system was developed.
Doctors, medical store and diagnostic centre would refer the patient (of a respective pin code) to the hospital. Pin code-wise, this patient will then be attached with the respective relationship-manager. They will be admitted to the hospital to the concerned department and their total health information would be send to respective stakeholder and also be integrated to Hospital Information System (HIS).
In turn dashboard was generated for better grasp of the lead generation pattern, auto allocation of lead to sales team member for follow up and the trend of referral.
Customized Android and iOS app were developed for this unique patient referral system.
PIN code wise auto allocation of new leads to respective sales manager for follow up. Google map based MIS dashboard for various users including senior managers to check the patient referral trends.
Custom features like Excel based download of total leads, integration with their existing Hospital Information System (HIS) via MRN number were introduced.
