The Challenge
A flagship hospital, part of a popular hospital chain in India wanted to create an alternate channel for lead generation systems based on the patient referral system. This system should be able to identify a network of doctors, medical stores and diagnostic centers, and integrate with the Hospital Information System (HIS).
The Solution
Based on the brief, a customized application on the Trackbee software was developed. With the help of the application, doctors, medical stores, and diagnostic centers could refer a patient with a particular pin code to the said flagship hospital. According to the pin code assigned, that particular patient would then be put in touch with a relationship manager and admitted to the hospital with their complete health history being sent to a concerned stakeholder and eventually integrated to Hospital Information System (HIS).
Additionally, the dashboard generated, helped with better grasp of the lead generation pattern, auto allocation of lead to sales team members for follow up and the trend of referral.
The Result
Customized Android and iOS apps were developed for this unique patient referral system. PIN code-wise auto allocation of new leads was devised for sales managers to follow up, while Google map-based MIS dashboard was created so that users, including senior managers could check patient referral trends.Custom features, including Excel-based download of total leads and integration with existing Hospital Information System (HIS) via MRN number were also introduced.
