A popular Indian ice-cream brand wanted to update their existing outlet database and add some new leads to the system.
At Trackbee, we developed a customized application to integrate the company’s existing database. The field team searched for existing entries and updated any additional information. The team also added new outlets along with deep freezer photographs on the app. Additionally, all Geo-coded data was linked to a map-based backend dashboard, accessible to senior managers of the company.
The ice-cream company identified areas where they were missing from the picture, where the brand had low share or strong share, competition benchmarking and new viable prospects.
